A tropical ambience retreat with easy access to City Place, the Convention Center, and Downtown. Perfect for a family vacation, a professional business team, or a seasonal home away from home. It also has a perfect work space both indoor and out. LA Fitness within blocks, and two Publix grocery store locations within a half of a mile in either direction (North and South). West Palm Beach has entertainment and social events year round. Perfectly in the heart of it all. Within one mile to Interstate 95, PBI airport, and Beach.
The Bungalow is located in a Guesthouse on a private property that includes a detached Main residence towards the front. Outdoor amenities are shared, but include three patio areas each with seating for 5+ each, and three full size gas grills for plenty of private interaction among your group. The shared pool area (one pool) encompasses the entire rear of the property giving plenty space for just your self, or your self and guest. Pool is occasionally shared by other guest.
My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Its cozy enough to enjoy the time spent here without much to-do and large enough to host friends and family both inside and outside. You're sure to enjoy your time here.

This is a quiet zoned property. No Parties. Outdoor activities must end at 10pm. Pool is closed from 10pm to 7am.
Outdoor noise activity must end prior to 10:00pm everyday.
Portable speakers at the pool area must be kept at listening levels only. (Strictly enforced, City Ordinance enforces outdoor music at 10pm sharp)
