A whimsical & adorable bungalow cottage nestled conveniently in the heart of Murray's Historic District, yet mysteriously concealed by a private & magical forest. Close to the ski resorts, TOSH & IHC Hospitals. Fully stocked w/ high-end toiletries, a fun coffee bar, coffee, oil/spices, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. High-speed internet works everywhere in the house, dedicated workspace. Our enchanting backyard, mountain views & heated tile floors are some of the luxuries guests rant about most.

$175,000 gutted remodel, resulting in European finishes, high-end Stainless Steal appliances, Verona Stove from Itally, heated floors in the bathrooms (unbelievably comforting), and mid-century, modern furniture. Because we travel often, we know It's ALL about comfort, convenience & location! And we have it all!

Our private backyard has a unique variety of tree’s, evergreens, plants, blossoms, flowers, strawberries, pear tree’s, playful birds, squirrels, great morning sun and a HUGE deck to soak it all in! Yes! We have a BBQ, extra gas, & utensils.

It really comes to life in the SPRINGTIME!

We have 4 comfortable beds, intentionally giving you a variety of brand names and firmnesses to choose from; (2 Caspers, 1 Beauty Rest, & 1 Purple Mattress). We also have a spare single twin bed accessible in storage room.

We are 29mins drive to multiple world famous ski resorts AND 16mins from the Airport, (see our photos for true map distances)!

We are 5mins to the TOSH & Intermountain Health Care (IHC) Hospitals and medical centers in Murray.

We are in the heart of Murray with SO many great food options, parks & shopping, view our digital guidebook to learn more! We want your stay with us to be memorable and made super EASY!! Give us a shot, you won't be disappointed.

High-speed, Fiber-Optics internet & strong wifi works everywhere in the house.

A 55” LG Smart TV & SoNos surround sound system are in the living room for your enjoyment. Guests may log in using their own subscriptions to their favorite TV & Music streaming programs. Please remember to logout upon departure!

Easy, Self-Check-in process! The house address & a code to gain access to the home will be given closer to checkin. And the whole house is yours, (no shared owner spaces)... The beautiful and private backyard, the BBQ, the garage, the house, upstairs and down, it's ALL for your enjoyment! We live 20mins away and have made everything easy enough that you won't need us, but if you do, just let us know!

- DON'T BURN DOWN THE HOUSE 🔥 😆
- DON'T KICK THE NEIGHBORS CAT, or do… 🤣
- DON'T EAT DRIPPY FOOD OVER THE FURNITURE, okay seriously though!!
- NO RAGERS OR PARTIES.
- NO VAPING OR SMOKING IN OR ON THE PROPERTY, FEES WILL APPLY!
- There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is NOT one of them!
...We have older plumbing pipes and they clog easily, so please no feminine products or unnecessary items down any of the pipes!

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean up behind yourselves.
- Take out the trash.
- Wash any used dishes.
- Leave any used beds UNMADE so the maid knows which ones to clean!
- log out of any TV programs you may have logged into.
- Lock up the house when you leave!
- If the big trash cans need to be pulled to the curb please do so! (Trash day is early Tue Morning).
- If you brought a fury-friend please double check the yards for your pets potty.

- $150 pet fee.
- 1 BIG dog or 2 small dogs maximum.
- Sorry, NO CATS.
- Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by pets.

- NO PETS in the beds or on the furniture unless you put down your own blanket/sheet to protect the furniture and linens.

- You will be required to be with your pet at all times, inside and outside the home.

- Pet CANNOT be left alone in the vacation rental or outside the vacation rental.

- You are to clean up after your pets when they go to the potty in the yard.

- Upon check-out, please DOUBLECHECK the yard for your pet's potty.

- Please help us ensure that we can welcome pet owners for years to come!

- Fines of up to $500 could be enforced for rules not followed.
