Sombrero Country Club and golf course are directly across the water nestled behind a shoreline of lush mangroves, providing a natural landscape. Fantastic sunrise and sunset colors reflect on the lagoon which features an array of fish and fowl activity just outside the backdoor of the property .
Built in the temple style of architecture, this ground level single story structure is accessible through a private driveway. A lush tropical walkway leads to massive bronze doors that open into an impressive great room that includes a spacious dining area and sunken living room. The vaulted ceiling in the great room is constructed of fine Honduran mahogany which extends into the pool area . Standing just inside the front door , one can see through the opposing wall of glass into the large lagoon which is also visible from the kitchen , family room , indoor pool , master bedroom , and second bedroom with private patio.
The large, completely renovated kitchen\ family room has granite counter tops and all stainless steel premium appliances.
