It has an over-sized heated pool and deck and a large newly updated gourmet kitchen and lavishly remodeled bathrooms. The pool backs onto a conservation area, which maximizes privacy. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a barbecue to make meal preparation easy. On the main level there are two bedrooms- the master has a king bed with an en suite and the second bedroom is a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. The main level also includes a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and enormous lounge with seating for 8 and a large 58” flat screen TV with full cable service. We have a newly constructed game room equipped with a multi-purpose game table, 55” TV, x-box, sofa and recliners. Upstairs is three bedrooms, all equipped with TV’s and ceiling fans. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space for all of your belongings. The bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom. We are located conveniently to shopping, restaurants and other points of interest. We are walking distance to Medieval Times and a Super Walmart. Shingle Creek is 1.5 miles away where you can hike or rent a kayak/canoe. Miniature golf is plentiful in the area also. There is a lot to do while on your vacation at Villa Pengura.
