One dedicated free parking garage space is included in your reservation.
Vehicle information (such as Tag number, make, year and model) must be submitted ahead of time.
There is $150 replacement fee per fab for any lost fab (2 are provided) and $200 replacement fee for any lost parking garage fab provided at check in.
All guests must register with Front-Desk staff before being granted access to the building. Quadro requires valid
government issued identification from guests. The names of ALL guests occupying a unit must be registered, and
information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in.
Please note that you will be receiving a link to place a $1000 security hold. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold for the damage security deposit.
The hold will remain with the credit card processing company, and released once no damages are reported after your check out.
The hold will be removed once the unit is returned in the same condition as received and without any damages within 7 days post check out as per credit card company notice.
TRANSIENT GUEST REGISTRATION:
For Transient renters of 31 days and longer, there is application by Tenant Evaluation Platform for Quadro Condominium that must be scanned and applied to at least 1 week prior to check in date. There is a cost of $150 non refundable application which the host will credit the renter if and only the application has been accepted
