The space
A great deal of effort has been put in to making this one of the top luxury vacation homes in Scottsdale. We strive to make sure our guests have all that they need to just show up and enjoy their vacation time. Home has a unique blend of luxury and character that you will notice the second you walk through the door. Home was set up by a professional design company with comfort and style in mind.
Home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and with 5000 sq ft of living space it makes for a great place for family or friends getting together in Arizona.
Kitchen with island breakfast bar is fully equipped with anything that you would need to cook and entertain guests. Spacious living area with plenty of seating to watch a game or catch a late night movie. Loft is set up with a work space for the business traveler.
Spacious master bedroom is a true retreat. Top of the line bed and bedding for a good nights sleep. Fire place and big screen tv with walk out access to back yard. Master bath is luxurious and features soaker tub and huge custom tiled shower.
Home has multiple deck areas including a roof top deck with outdoor shower. Backyard deck has plenty of seating and views of the city skyline and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.
Backyard Oasis with large heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs and seating for guests is available. Outdoor dining and TV for entertaining top off this amazing back yard setting.

Home is located in a quiet gated community in North Scottsdale. Easy access to Old Town Scottsdale or North Scottsdale events. Plenty of golfing and hiking right in the area. Old Town Scottsdale is only 15 minute drive and offers the top dining, nightlife, and shopping in the entire valley.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. . Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can't come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.
Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
No local bookings without three 5 star reviews or approval from host.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.
