Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 baths plus Den condo in Majestic Palms in Fort Myers. Close to everything and the beaches just a short drive! Please note there is a 30 day minimum required for all stays. Reservations approved by Sea Star will also require an application with the Condominium association manager. Sea Star will assist with the application. Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent. Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline. All rates are plus 11.5% tax.
