We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances. Please note 99% of our guests are respectful and do not incur fines.

- Unapproved late check out: $250 per hour
- Unapproved guests beyond the listing max: $100 per day, per guest
- Unapproved pets: $100 per day, per pet
- Smoking in the home: $500
