LAYOUT: On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, spacious kitchen, laundry room and upstairs screen deck.

RELAX! The lush tropical mature landscaped backyard POOL area includes Tiki Hut with bar and fans, a Propane Grill, hammock, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, umbrellas plus more seating with lounge chairs for relaxation and entertaining.
BRING YOUR BOAT! A 25' concrete dock is available for your use for your boat. The dock is equipped with boat whips to keep boat in position. Boat lift is not usable by guests unless prior authorization is provided!
PARKING: The downstairs parking area accepts up to 4 cars or 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. This house will also accommodate an RV and is conveniently fenced for kids and privacy.
