Main Townhome — 4 Suites
- Alligator Reef: Downstairs | 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- American Shoal: Downstairs | 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
(The two downstairs suites have connecting doors and can be booked together as our Lighthouse Group Suite — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.)
- Sombrero Reef: Upstairs | 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- Tortugas Harbor: Upstairs | 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
(The two upstairs suites have connecting doors and can be booked together as our Lighthouse Penthouse Suite — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.)
Standalone Homes — 2 Suites
- Carysfort Reef: Private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
- Key West Light: Private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny home with an additional sleeping loft.

For exploring the island, we recommend renting a golf cart from the rental company next door. Uber and taxi services are readily available and affordable for short trips. If you plan to visit the Lower or Upper Florida Keys, we recommend having access to a vehicle.
