This 2 story home contains: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is just 1 1/4 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Having a central location makes it an easy walk everywhere; stores, restaurants and playground. This home has a beautiful in-ground pool and spa as of April 2024. The surrounding back yard is completely landscaped. There will be ample decking around the pool with table/chairs and lounge chairs. The first floor contains: (3 bedrooms) an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, two more bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and one with a queen bed and single bed, a hallway full bathroom, utility room/laundry room, and family room at the back of the home with easy access to the pool area. The first floor family room will have a wet bar and small under counter refrigerator. The second floor contains: a very spacious living and dining area with direct access to a deck that spans the entire front of the home. A portion of 2nd floor deck has a lovely overhang for sitting and being out of the sun. The 2nd floor also contains: a well-equipped kitchen that has a center island with three stools, (2 bedrooms) one bedroom has one twin and a double bed, hallway full bathroom, master suite with a king-size bed with a walk-in closet and it's own private bath and its own small deck overlooking the pool. A small utility shed is at the of the property where the gas grill is located. FYI, the pool is 23†x 12â€, 3’ to 5’ deep. There is an integrated spa (not a hot tub). Both pool and spa will have the same heater which will be set at 84 degrees. Tenants will not have access to adjust the temperature.
