Just a fifteen minute drive from the airport, you can be on the beach with a cold drink within an hour of your flight landing.
Located on popular Waiulu Street, in the heart of Hualalai Resort, you will be just a 5 minute golf cart ride or a 10 minute walk away from the legendary amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Sports Club and Spa — relax at one of the 5 pools, play a few rounds on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, pamper yourself at the spa, dine at one of the 4 resort restaurants, or play a few sets of tennis or pickle ball. A short 5 minute walk from the villa in the opposite direction and you will be at the Alaka'i Nalu Ocean Activities Center beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, Stand up paddle boarding and boat excursions. In addition, just across the street from the villa, you have access to the exclusive Waiulu Amenity Center featuring a private pool, hot tub and BBQ (no resort fee required).
With over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, Palm Villa 140A is one of the largest private villas at Hualalai allowing for places to gather in a group in addition to private spaces to retreat alone. The spacious villa includes a great room on the upper level plus an additional living room with wet bar on the lower level. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow in an abundance of natural light, and pocket sliding doors downstairs allow you to open the space fully to the outside. Covered lanais extend the living spaces on both floors for enjoying meals and sunset happy hour al fresco, while the lower lanai opens to your own backyard, a perfect place to tire out the little ones.
The primary suite features a California king bed, walk-in closet, a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, an outdoor shower and courtyard, and its own lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. The second and third bedrooms offer two twin beds each (converted to Kings upon request) and their own full bathrooms. These bedrooms also open to private outdoor patios with views of the Hualalai volcano. All three bedrooms and each living room feature flat screen televisions equipped with cable, Apple TV and access to your favorite streaming channels.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing your favorite meals in the comfort of your own space including a BBQ on the adjoining patio. You can pack light because there is a dedicated laundry room located on the lower level.
Two 4-passenger golf carts await in the garage for easy transportation throughout the resort.
