Located in one of the most desirable and prominent locations of Naples in sunny Florida!
3 bedroom home with modern design, 3000 sq ft pool deck area, spacious backyard,park,BBQ
We welcome all guests who are respectful and appreciate the beauty and nature. Absolutely no loud music or loud parties at anytime! If you desire to have an event you will need to rent the entire place (2houses) and send us any and all details about your event. And we will be happy to consider it! :)
We have 2 houses sitting on the beautiful 2.3 acres land, surrounded by 50 feet high evergreens,oak trees and palm trees with flying around butterflies and birds!
Pool is shared with the other house located at this property. If you are a larger group of family or friends, you can book both houses if available.
400 feet driveway leading you to our private Orchid Estate!

The home is turn key/ fully equipped from A to Z, as well as 3000 sq ft pool deck gives you plenty of space to enjoy sun with your family and friends.

NOTES:
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard and maximum occupancy are 6 guests in total.
