Summary: Front desk Staff was friendly & helpful. Room and bed was comfy. Pillows could have been better. Breakfast was just ok. Our first morning female breakfast attendant wasn’t friendly or helpful at all & food was not even hot or warm. She did close off & put fresh food out for the employees at 9:30 though. 2nd morning male attendant was slightly better but again food was just ok. Definitely had better at other Homewood locations. On top of all this, we specifically booked this hotel for the evening social on NYE but the GM Kurt decided to let the employees off that night so there was no social and no notice except a last minute note on our door. So basically the employees were more important than his paying guests. Kinda like the breakfast situation. Extremely disappointed in this stay at Homewood suites to the point I’m not sure we will book a Homewood suites again & prior to this stay that was our hotel of choice always.
