Summary: The staff- particularly Ashley- was absolutely wonderful! It was the room amenities that were not so nice. For starters, the heat/ac in my room did not work upon arrival. When I called this to attention, I was told it was an electrical problem and then hung up on, with no timeline as to when it would be fixed. Additionally, the walls and insulation are very thin. Each time any room on the same floor runs water, you can hear it flowing through the nearby pipes. This means being woken up at 1AM by your neighbors spontaneous shower. Ultimately, the staff was very nice but the amenities are subpar.
