This brand new detached house of 240 m2 with double garage, built in 2022, is located in a quiet and wooded area.
The house has an open layout with a spacious living room with high ceilings and cornices, equipped with a cozy sitting area, a gourmet kitchen with large kitchen island and 4 stools, a breakfast nook with pub table and chairs and a formal dining area. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house has central air conditioning that can also be used as heating. Incidentally, the latter will hardly be necessary.
The master bedroom is furnished with dressers and a TV and you can reach the terrace and the swimming pool through the sliding doors.
