Our cottage has a 140 square foot screened in porch overlooking Lake Winnisquam and an additional 660 square feet of living space. It is located 11 miles from Weirs Beach. The cottage is directly on Lake Winnisquam and shares a 70 foot sandy beach with a gradual grade which is great for small children and families. Step outside our porch and you will be within 400 feet of the water. Go for daily kayak rides, enjoy fishing right off our day dock, swimming out to our float platform or just relaxing on our beach for the day. Come, unplug and forget about the daily grind of life. With the rental, you will have access to our paddle boat. For an additional cost, we also have dock space available to rent for the week, depending on the size of your boat.
