Positive: Location was great! It was a big house that worked perfectly for our family. There were 4 full bathrooms, so everyone had their own bathroom, which was great!

Negative: There was a good amount of utensils, plates, glasses, coffee cups, and one set of pots and pans, but there were no mixing bowls. And only salt and pepper, so if you want to cook, you will need to bring or buy all spices and oil. There is also a Keurig but no regular coffee pot. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are nice. There is one room that could be considered the master because it has a king bed (the only bedroom that does) but a pretty small bathroom. The other bedroom that is probably the true master bedroom of the house is very big and has a big bathroom, but has 2 queen beds in it. If you are the parents, you would either choose the king bed and small bathroom, or queen bed with the big bathroom and an extra bed in the room. The big bathroom has a nice sized soaker tub/shower combo. An older person may have trouble stepping into the high tub to shower, and since it is a big soaker tub, it does have a noticeable slope towards the drain. If you have any balance issues, that is something to be aware of. But there are 3 more regular shower/tubs to use, and all of them have shampoo and conditioner included. The backyard was really big and has a pool but we did not use it since it was December and it wasn't heated. The weather was pretty nice, though. We wished there was a table and chairs on the big deck or stone patio that we could all sit around. Overall, it was a great place and my kids really liked it! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
