Summary: The staff were friendly and cleanliness was fine, but the facilities are outdated and amenities are subpar. The elevator was out of service 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. It was a crap shoot whether or not the key cards would work. The pillows are flat and we had to have the AC on in the middle of winter to prevent the room from getting overheated. It took forever for the water in the sink and shower to get hot, and sometimes the sink water didn't get warm at all even after running it for 10 minutes. The breakfast is grab and go - not really worth it unless you're desperate. No gym. It was nice to have a full size fridge and the option to cook in the room, and there are plenty of outlets (regular plug and USB) in the room, so those points were good. However, we'll pay a bit more to stay somewhere else next time we're in town.
