It is located in the beautiful area of Highland Lakes, just 15 minutes away from gorgeous parks and beaches and 5 minutes away from quantities of restaurants and the famous Aventura mall.
To access the house for your stay, no need to time your arrival, since you’ll have all the information you’ll need to check-in by yourself. You’ll be totally independent with a master lock that ensures you to complete privacy for your arrival, stay and departure. You can arrive as soon as 4 pm and departure time is set at 11 am.
First thing you’ll notice when entering the house will be the purified and modern design of all the rooms. Voluptuous carpets in almost every room give a comfortable homey touch to this contemporary style house. The spacious living room lodges a huge leather sofa, on which on can comfortably lie down to watch cable TV on the 65-inch screen smart TV. Just a little farther, in the dining area, you’ll have enough sitting space to accommodate up to 10 people. In the kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a full sized oven and countertop and all you need to cook, if you ever wish so. The cupboards are stocked with coffee, so you’ll be able to start your day with a great cup of filtered coffee or even a specialized Nespresso drink.

The luxurious master bedroom, with a king sized bed, has a beautiful view on the garden and patio and an access to its private bathroom with shower. The second room, with a queen sized bed, also has this great view on the patio, and access to its own bathroom with shower. Both rooms have direct access to the patio. The smallest room, just next to the living room is equipped with a king sized bed. The last and biggest room, adjoining to a his and hers bathroom with a small Jacuzzi tub and shower, can accommodate up to 4 people with its queen sized and two twin beds, which can become a king sized bed when put together. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with fresh linen and towels for your stay. You will also find hairdryers and soap in all bathrooms to make your mornings easier.
The latest addition is an amazing suite with a queen bed with its own full bathroom with shower.
If you ever feel the need, in the garage are all amenities necessary for you to wash your clothes and change all beddings and towels. If you plan to stay for a longer time, you can contact us and we will make sure you have all linens cleaned and freshened up for you.
The strongest point of the house is certainly the wonderful patio and pool in the backyard. The 30-foot long pool is lit, making it possible to swim at any time of the day. During hot days, enjoy the shaded sitting area with ceiling fans or the sun chairs just next to the pool. During cooler nights, delight in a beautiful fire while relaxing in the exterior lounge. If you still feel a little cold, you can light the two heaters on either side of the patio. A 43-inch TV conveniently placed on a rotating support will make your evenings even more enjoyable. If you wish to complement the experience, you can prepare your meals on the BBQ with side-burner and lighted cooking zone and enjoy it on the 10-seat table, conveniently placed under a sizeable patio umbrella.
