The living room has a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats four and a bar area that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped & renovated with granite countertops and new cabinets.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with an adjustable base, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, a flat screen TV/cable, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo .
E2104 is tiled throughout the unit. The unit has a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with at least 4 chairs, and 1 small tables. The unit also has Central Heat and Air and the temperature is set and controlled by the owner. The A/C is set not to go below 71 degrees and the HEAT can not go above 77 degrees. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the West as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water, the "E" pool, and the sunsets.
