Great getaway location in West Yarmouth, private beach access, golf courses, waterpark and local restaurant favorites are all in close proximity.
Back deck with gas grill and outside shower for rinsing off from a long day at the beach. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and has central air conditioning.
The backyard is very relaxing, and we have a shed to store your bikes or golf equipment during your stay. You will be provided a parking pass that gives you access to private Crowell Beach. The neighborhood and beach is very family friendly. If you choose to walk it's only 0.3 of a mile from the house, so it's easy to make a trip up to the house if you forgot something during the day. We are also very close to public Seagull Beach. This beach is a little less than a mile from the house and is a great walk to enjoy bird watching and has a great Jetti for fishing and snack bar in the summer.
Mini golf, waterpark up the street, ice cream shops, restaurants, golf courses (Bass River, Bay Berry and Blue Rock), and kayaking on Bass River are all close by. Hyannis is a short 10-minute drive from the house for shopping or planning your trip to the Islands.
Non-smoking and no pets. There are no beach towels provided.
