The Space
This spacious lot measures approximately 35' x 69' and sits along the canal, offering 35 feet of seawall that can accommodate a boat up to 32'. A shade tree near the water provides a relaxing spot to unwind while enjoying the peaceful canal views and coastal breeze. The lot also features a concrete picnic table, perfect for outdoor dining or gathering after a day on the water.
For added convenience, a renter's storage box is available on-site - ideal for stowing fishing gear, outdoor equipment, or personal items during your stay. The lot is equipped with water and sewer hookups, along with both 30 and 50 amp service to comfortably support your RV.
