The queen bedroom with desk is on the main living floor with the living room and kitchen and has a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The main living floor closet has extra dining chairs for your use as well.
This home is Unit 2 of a duplex. Your space shares a firewall with the other unit, making it extremely quiet! We have had no issues with sound from folks in the other unit.
