Bonnet Shores summer getaway! Impressively maintained 4 bed, 3 bath minutes away to the beach. Pack up the beach gear and head over to Kelly Beach-Bonnet Shores private association beach-and enjoy fun in the sun!
This home offers an enclosed outdoor shower and central air conditioning, both perfect after a warm summer day. Enjoy dining in the eat-in kitchen (5 stools), dining room (seating for 6) or the outdoor tables both with umbrellas (6 seats at one table, 4 seats at the other table). Owner provides two additional folding chairs for extra seating.
The first floor conveniently has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have full beds. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a cozy loft space and additional sleeping quarters for two quests. In the loft there is a pull out couch which forms into a full size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite, queen size bed and TV. Down the hall you will find the fourth bedroom which has 2 full size beds.
This property provides 4 beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and 1 adult size bike. Bonnet is a great community to ride bikes and go for walks! It is also minutes to Narragansett Town Beach, Narragansett Pier, restaurants and shops.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
