6. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
7. Trash is picked up by the County weekly, during the week. If you stay one week or more, you must bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day. We will charge you $100 for the trash removal fee if you allow it to accumulate.
8. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, some starter toiletries per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
