We normally have a large beach between our building and the ocean with plenty of space for sunbathing, bocce ball, or building sandcastles. The building recently added a dune walkover which lets you go from the building to the sand/beach with no steps. This 4-bedroom designer unit is perfect for couples, family vacations, golfers, shaggers or a girlfriends' getaway.
