Play tennis in the private court. Grill BBQ at the beach Tiki Hut. Fish off the 60' dock and catch some dinner. Explore the sealife while you snorkel off the beach and you might see starfish, sting rays, crabs, fish, and lobster. From the dock, you can see manatees, turtles, and nurse sharks.

This is a two story townhome with an open floor plan. Kitchen includes pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Ice maker, deep freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and new stove oven.
Dividing the kitchen and dining area is a breakfast counter that sits four. First floor is tile and the second floor is laminate flooring.
The master bedroom features a California King bed and on-suite bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are in a closet in the Master. There are night stands and a dresser along with a closet.
The smaller bedroom has two full size beds.
