Welcome to our condo at Island House Beach Club. This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that has it all for your vacation needs. It has all the essentials of home and is in a prime location on Fort Myers Beach. Walk to the much desired Time Square area, shops, pier, restaurants and local entertainment. This quiet complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs.
As your enter this unit, you are welcomed by a spacious family room with new furniture and new carpet, the dining area has seating for 4 and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, utility room with washer and dryer, towels and lines and cable TV. The open lanai has outdoor seating for you to enjoy beautiful views, and sea breeze. Our property has a monthly rental period minimum, inquire with us on multi-month discounts. Hope to see you soon!
