Summary: When I checked in, the host was also on the phone; I couldn't tell when he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I recommend communicating with one person at a time. My room needed a couple of towels, but I checked in at 3, which is the earliest check in starts, so housekeeping was still catching up with the laundry. The AC/ heating unit worked well and was relatively quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The sink needs a new faucet or something to keep the water from spraying. The shower head had mold growing in it, which was unpleasant. I cleaned it the best I could, but that should not happen. It takes days or weeks for mold to accumulate on something like that. I don't know how no one caught that. There was also mold at the bottom of the shower that should have also been cleaned. Finally, there was a large mold spot in the ceiling that's almost the size of a tennis ball. I did not use the coffee maker, because I assumed it would be disgusting sobe the shower seemed neglected. I also avoided breakfast for the same reason. The breakfast area looked welcoming and appeared to have plenty of space. I'm not sure I'll give this property another try when I'm in the area again, even though I like the location.
