We offer a unique creative warehouse overnight stay experience in Downtown St Louis. If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together, LOOK NO FURTHER! Photographers, artists, musicians, and creative-minded travelers love our space! Absolute best downtown location, just a few blocks from all downtown activity! Sporting events, concerts, and convention goers, Teams, construction crews, church groups and bachelor / bachelorette groups are our specialty. We make every attempt to not mix party groups with work or church groups.
Our 5 warehouse suites easily sleep 10 to 20 people each. We accommodate up to 60+ overnight guests. Private kitchens or kitchenettes and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large, shared game room and lounge area.
We are a Hotel, like all hotels; for the comfort of all Guests and hotel management practices, we reserve the right to assign rooms. All rooms are created equally with variations in decor.
Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.
This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, it is probably not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or the elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay.

We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special accommodations?
