Please note that our pool is serviced every Saturday. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. All the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
