The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.

To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.
We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).
