THE SPACE
Vast open-plan living area is tiled in marble and porcelain with a luxurious seating area and 60" Smart 3D TV and includes a cozy den with 32" smart TV and queen sofa bed. A fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a dining table for 4 and seating at the bar for 4. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is comfortable seating for up to 8.
BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a King bed with new, luxury pillow-top mattress, 32" Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet area. The guest wing has a privacy door from the main living area has a queen room with 32" HDTV and a room with 2 full beds and 32" TV plus a remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the resort is a Lake Cay Commons, which has a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Dunkin Doughnuts, liquor store and several casual restaurants.
